Saffron Kitchen began in a small Surrey kitchen where our founder, Maryam Tehrani, cooked her mother's recipes for neighbours and friends. What started as Sunday dinners shared with the community grew, over the years, into something we never expected — a place people call their second home.

Every dish on our menu follows a recipe passed down through at least two generations. We source our saffron directly from Khorasan, our herbs from a local organic farm, and our lamb from a family ranch just outside the Fraser Valley. There are no shortcuts here — only honest, slow-cooked love on a plate.
